HUGE INTEREST REDUCTION BONDHOLDERS' PROTEST EDMONTON, Oct. 2 According to a statistical brief submitted by bondholders to the Premier of Alberta, Mr. William Aberhart, the Province is financially solvent and nblo to meet interest on her obligations. The bondholders deny the justice of the Government's 3.600,000-dollar interest reduction.
