INFORMATION FOR TOURISTS [llY TELKGHAI'H —Pit ESS ASSOCIATION] WELLINGTON, Sunday Primarily intended to supply useful information to tourists and other travellers visiting New Zealand, but likely to prove equally valuable to Now Zealand sportsmen and holiday-makers, a combined calendar of forthcoming ovents and booklet of general information has been published by the Government Tourist Publicity Department. It will appear six ■monthly and will be circulated not only within the Dominion, but also among agents of NewZealand overseas and shipping companies and travel bureaux throughout the world. The list of forthcoming events covers the whole summer from October 1 to March 30. The information section covers, in a scries of brief notes, travel accommodation and sporting facilities, customs and police regulations, unci many kindred subjects.
