WELL-KNOWN AUCKLAND YACHT VIKING PREPARED FOR NAVAL SERVICE The handsome Viking figurehead of the yacht being painted yesterday. The yacht will be taken to her moorings at the Devonport Naval Base to-day. She was recently presented by the Mayor, Mr. Ernest Davis, for use as a training ship for seaman boys attached to H.M.S. Philomel.
