FALSE DECLARATION
FINE OF £lO IMPOSED "This man deframlod the department of £lO ,35," said a Labour Department inspector, when Lindsay John Young was charged in the Magistrate's-Court yesterday with making a false declaration. It was stated that accused made six false declarations that ho was earning nothing, whereas he was earning £2 10s a week in an hotel. He was fined £lO and costs.
