With the formation of tho Takn- i Puna-Mi I ford branch of tho Auckland 1 Carpe liters' r'nion on Thursday night J tile parent body was able to claim 21 | branches, all actively engaged in the | district Covered by it to the north of Janpo. Tho following officers were elected:— President, Mr. 1). McCorniack; secretary, Mr. fl. W. Lawrence; executive, Messrs. It. G. Corfe. H. fctrude, i\. K'ay.
