SHIPPING COMPANY'S ORDERS VESSEL FOR PACIFIC TRADE (Received October 1, 6.5 p.m.) British Wireless RUGBY, Sept. 30 The Royal Mail Lines have decided to invito tenders for a fast mail and passenger vessel for an express service from Southampton to Brazil and the Argentine. The company has also contracted with Messrs. Harland and Wolff of Belfast and Glasgow for a fast refrigerated cargo liner for the trade between Europe and the Pacific.'
