DISTINGUISHED VISITOR
ARRIVAL IN WELLINGTON VISCOUNT ELIBANK'S PLANS [BY TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION] WELLINGTON, Wednesday The president of the Federation of Chambers of Commerce of the British Empire, Viscount Elibauk, arrived from Auckland to-day, accompanied by Lady Elibank. They were met at Thor:adon station by Captain A. G. W. HeberPercv, aide-de-camp to the GovernorGeneral, Viscount Gahvay, end for the next three clays they will be guests at Government House. Mr. Norton Frances, president oi: the Associated Chambers of Commerce-or New Zealand, Mr. C. J. B. Norwood, president of the Wellington Chamber, Mr. Heany, secretary of the New Zealand Associated Chambers, and Mr. Bardsley, secretary of the Wellington Chamber, were also at the station.
