HOUSING IN LONDON
ISSUE OF £10,000,000 LOAN (Received September 23, 6.5 p.m.) British Wireless RUGBY, Sept. 22 The London County Council has sanctioned the issue of a loan of £10,000,000 for housing purposes. Only twice before —in 1928 and last year—has the council made issues for such an amount.
