WEDDING
WARREN—CROSS The wedding was celebrated at the Dominion' Road Methodist Church on Saturday of Violet Tris, only daughter of Mr. and and Mrs. V. Cross, of Sandringham, and James Bernard, youngest son of Mr. and Mrs. R. Warren, also of Sandringham. The Rev. Hames officiated. The bride, who entered the church with her father, 1 wore a beautiful gown of ivory cobweb lace, cut on long, flowing lines. Her head-dress whs of orange blossom, from ivhioh fell the long tulle vei'. She carried a sheaf of arum lilies. The bridesmaids in attendance were Miss Doreen Gardner and Miss Beulah Ellis, who wore charming frocks of pale green crepe de chine, cut on slim graceful lines. The cape sleeves and neckline on each frock were trimmed with fine pleating and an unusual faggotted inset, vest gave an attractive finish to the corsage. They carried sheafs of daffodils and coronets of the same flowers were worn in their hair. The bridegroom was attended by his brother, Mr. George Warren as best man, and by Mr. James Knight as groomsman. Following the ceremony, a reception was held at tin l Farmers' tea rooms, Mrs. Cross receiving her guests in a frock of terra cotta wool crepe de chine with black accessories. Her bouquet was of freesias to tone. Mrs. Warren wore an ensemble of navy marocain with shoulder spray of red carnations and maidenhair fern and hat to tone.
