ELECTING BOARD MEMBERS An election by postal ballot to fill the vacancy on the board of managers of the Seddon Memorial Technical College caused by the resignation of Mr. T. G. Julian, a representative of the parents, was held yesterday. The nominees were Mr. F. C. Pace, a member of the Auckland School Committee*' Association, and Mr. 11. d. Woolter, headmaster of the Point Chevalier School. The result will not be known for several days. Representatives of employers yesterday appointed Mr. R. C. Porter, and employees' interests flPP°' n ted Mr. J. W. Mitchell. Mrs. P. Mcßnde was returned unopposed as representative of school committees of public schools within five miles of the college.
