SUMMER'S WARMEST WEEK EXTENDED FINE SPELL (Received August 31, 0.5 p.m.) British Wireless RUGBY, August 30 The week ending to-day has been tho sunniest and warmest of the summer, and there is every indication that the fine spell will continue. The maximum amount of sunshine for this time of the year of between 12 and 13 hours was experienced yesterday over large areas of England and Wales. In London and certain other parts of southern England bright sunshine in tho past few days has been preceded by periods of early morning fogs.
