GERMANY AND JAPAN
COMMUNICATION LINK HERR HITLER'S MESSAGE TOKIO, August 20 ~ Horr Hitler to-day inaugurated a wireless and telephoto service between Berlin and Tokio. Ho sent a messago expressing his pleasure that the bonds of friendship between Japan and Germany had been drawn closer. Ho snid he hoped Japan would succeed in makthe 1940 Olympiad a monument to world peace.
