EX-COMMANDER OF, VILLAGE SUICIDE INDICATED BERLIN, August 20 Captain Wolfgang Fuerstner, formerly commander of the Olympic Village, was found dead to-day with a revolver by his side. Another officer had been placed in command of the village before the Games, after suggestions that Captain Fuerstner's descent was not purely Aryan. However, lie continued to work on the organisation of tho village. He was most popular with foreign sportsmen and visitors. It was announced later that the percentage of Jewish blood in Captain Fuerstner was so small that he had no ground for anxiety. It is believed he was the victim of overstrain.
