DESPATCH TO SPAIN NEUTRALITY PLAN AFFECTED LONDON, August 20 The Mexico City correspondent of the United Press, in a copyright despatch, states that 30 railway carloads of war munitions arc on their way to tho coast for shipment to Spain to aid the loyalists, ostensibly from the Leftist Government of Mexico. A message from Rome states that reports that Mexico is shipping arms to tho Spanish Government forces has strengthened tho Italian conviction that neutrality is impossible unless it is universally observed. It is considered that Germany would support this view, making the chances of agreement more slender than ever., NORTHERN FRONT DESULTORY FIRING REBEL WARSHIP HIT LONDON, Autrust 20 Despatches from Spain state that desultory firing continued in tho neighbourhood of Irtin and San Sebastian all night, but tio attempt was mado to renew the attack. WELL-KNOWN BOXER UZCUDUN'S DEATH REPORTED EXECUTION BY FIRING SQUAD LONDON, August. 20 It is reported by wireless from Madrid that the noted Spanish boxer Paulino IJzciidun has been executed by a Government firing squad.
