MASSEY COLLEGE AWARDS BUTTER AND, CHEESE MAKING [by telegraph—press association] PALMERSTON NORTH, Friday At a meeting of the Massey College Council, the following awards were made on the recommendation of the Professorial Board:— Dairy Diploma (butter making option).—M. G. Gane (Cambridge), R. L. C. Maria (Te Puke), E. D. B. Missen (Te Awamutu), K. M. McKenzie (Kirikopuni, North Auckland), A. E Wagener (Te Puke), C. C. Way (Mangawhare, Northern Wairoa). Dairy Diploma (cheese making option).—A. S. Anderson (Palmerston North), R. C. Eden (Okaiawa), 0. Horner (Puniko, Taranaki), G. R. Insull (Puniho), W. B. Jones (Te Poi), H. Keltie (Westmere), G. A. Lyall (Temuka), L. W. Moore (Patea), R. Muller (Whenuakura). Runnerstrum medal for the leading 6tudent in butter making, third year.— C. C. Way. New Zealand Factory Managers' Association's medal for the leading student in cheese making, third year.— R. Muller.
National Dairy Association's medals for leading students in first year, the award to be made later in the second year: T. R. Goodman (Waimea). Third year, C. C. Way.
