NEW PURCHASER OF LAND ESTATE OF ROYAL DUCHY (Received July 26, 0.35 p.m.) British Wireless RUGBY, July 125 Another, stage toward the completion of a green belt round outer London was taken when the Middlesex County Council agreed to purchase from the estate of the Boyal Duchy of Lancaster for £318,000, an area of 2000 acres near Enfield. Steps will be taken to ensure that the area purchased shall suffer no change apart from the setting aside of a portion for playing fields.
