o ENGAGEMENTS CURTAILED DUKE AND DUCHESS OF KENT LONDON, July 17 Tho Duchess of Kent, states tho Daily Mail, will prObably begin to curtail her public engagements in the lato summer. She and tho Duke will spend more time at Tho Coppins, their Country home at Ivor, Buckinghamshire, which was bequeathed to them by the late Princess Victoria, sister of tiie lato King George. As a result of yesterday's episode at Wellington Arch, the police have increased protection at Iho Coppins.
