CONTROVERSY IN GERMANY BAN ON EVANGELICALS (Received July 10, 5.5 p.m.) BERLIN, July 18 The Ministry in Charge of Church Affairs has ordered opposition pastors, who have adopted the title of "provisional leadership of the German Evangelical Church," to drop it by August 1.
