VOTE OF CONFIDENCE
M. BLUM'S MINISTRY CREDITS FOR DEFENCE PARIS, Jniy 10 A motion of confidence in M. Blum's Ministry was passed by the Chamber of. Deputies by 378 votes to 10. The motion followed allegations by the Opposition that the Government had been delivering plans of a secret antiaircraft gun to the Soviet. The Chamber and Senate passed credits aggregating £6,500,000 for defence purposes.
