RAISING OF SANCTIONS
TRADE WITH ITALY FRENCH SALESMEN PREPARED PARIS, July 7 Hundreds of French salesmen arc to proceed to Italy to solicit orders immediately sanctions are lifted. Arrangements have been made for special freight trains to cross the frontier laden with st-cel, minerals, cotton waste' and chemicals, which are greatly needed in Italy. The French Government expects that the raising of sanctions will reduce unemployment by 20,000, but industrialists believe it will be more than a year before normal trade is restored.
