TO-DAY'S PROGRAMME

PRESENTATIONS ON STAGE The Auckland Kennel Club's midyear show will conclude at the exhibition to-day. A lengthy programme lias been arranged for the entertainment of visitors. Free picture programmes will be screened at 11 a.m., 2 p.m., and 7 p.m., and at 7.30 to-night, a stage presentation will be given by pupils of Miss Phyllis Marmont. This will be followed at 8.30 by a national concert arranged by the Highland and National Dancing Society, and a skating act will also be presented by Miss G. Kae. The Takapuna Citizens' Band will arrive at the exhibition at 7.45 after marching from the Town Hall. A REVELATION LITTLE REALISED N.Z. INDUSTRY Many of Sharland and Company. (sterile poultice), Uddasal Teat and Udder Salve, Margaret Hose Toilet Preparations, etc., are a few of the lines displayed which will give some indication of tho diversity of the company's products. All these and many more are manufactured by a wholly New Zealand company in their Auckland factory. The use of the finest materials obtainable under the supervision of experienced practical chemists ensures to Sharland's manufactures a standard of purity and freshness which has, for 50 years, made tho name Sharland's synonymous with quality.—Advt.
