NEW ZEALAND SCIENTIST [by TKT.EOUAI'fl —OW.V CORRESPONDENT] PALMERSTON NORTH. Wednesday Mr. L. Corkhill, of the plant research station at Palnierston North, has received advice of his appointment as a research oflicer attached to the division of plant industry at Canberra. Mr. Corklnll graduated from Massey College and has since gained considerable experience as a geneticist. For the past two years he has been working in collaboration with Mr. E. Bruce Levy on the breeding of pedigree ryes and clovers.
