The first meeting of the reconstituted board of management of the State Advances Corporation of Xew,Zealand was held to-dav. Jt was attended by the Minister of Finance, Hon. W. Xash, who stated later that the directors had de : cided that Mr. A. D. Park, one of the' two joint managing directors, should b? the chairman and Mr. T. N. Smalhvood, the other joint managing director, the deputy chairman.
