ONEHUNGA CLUB CHAMPIONSHIP AWARDS DETAILS OF PRIZE LIST The 19th annual show of the Oin- 1 hunga Poultry, I'jgeon and Canary Club was officially opened in the Forestor's Theatre, Onehunga, last night by Mr. W. J. Jordan, JI.P. North Island championships were awarded as follows: —Standard Orpington, Mr. W. J. Brewin; Utility Orpington, Mr. N. Dickey; Utility White Runner duck, Mr. W. liish; working homer pigeon (male), Mr. D. Wilson; female, Mr. E. J. Hanson; Yorkshire canary, Mr. J. H. Tocker; budgerigar (white), Mrs. S. Chambers. The British Empiro Rhode Island Red Club's championship trophies for best birds were awarded to Mrs. V. Donaldson (Walker Cup), also miniaT ture cup for best hen; Mr. G. A. Edge, nup for best cock; Mr. T. B. Holdaway, cup for best cockerel; Mr. F. A. Dewhurst, cup for best pullet; Mr. G. A. Edge, cups for best standard male and female; Mr. P. McCullum, special for best novice. Winners of cups and trophies were: —Frank Brewin Memorial Cup and 'gold medal for best utility bird, Mrs. V.
