MEMORIAL FUND MOVEMENT EMPIRE IDEALS MISSION .-' LONDON, June 15 The Dukes of Bedford, Buccleugh, Portland, Sutherland and Westminster, the Marquess of Londonderry, Viscount Bledisloe and Lord Hirst are associated in an appeal to celebrate the centenary of the birth of Joseph Chamberlain on July 8. ... .1 A memorial fund will be inaugurated at a meeting in the Albert Hall to enable a sustained campaign to be made throughout the country for the support of an Imperial ideals mission and the need of increasing the Empire's cooperation in trade, migration, defence and foreign policy. Tho sponsors aro seeking the co-opera-tion of the leaders of industry and agriculture at home and overseas, who also realise that Imperial strength and unity are essential.
