"LEFT LUGGAGE"
Burglars who raided two shops and the offices of a firm of book sellers in Ludgate Hill, London, recently, took with them their own towel, and had a wash and brush up, leaving the towel behind. They stole 500 watches, valued at from 255. to six guineas each, from Messrs. G. M. Lane, and left a clock and box of fountain pens at tho shop of Messrs. Cuthbertson, where they stole two dozen ties.
