TRAVEL CLUB TEA
A lantern lecture was given by Mr. Alan Brown, F.R.G.S., of London, at the weekly morning tea of the Auckland Travel Club, which was held in the Milne and Choyeo Reception Hall yesterday. The director, Mrs. Victor Macky, welcomed the out-of-town and overseas guests. These included: —Miss M. M. Dewdsey (Adelaide), Miss Frances Isherwood and Miss Dorothy Campbell (Canada), Miss Julia Cordon (Washington), Mr. and Mrs. H. H. Brown (Samoa), Mr. G. L. O'Ha'ra Hiekson (Malay States), Mrs. S. G. Walker (Westland), Miss M Crosbio (Mossburn), Mrs. J. W. Sumner (Whakatane), Mrs. D. A. Bathgate (Tlawkc's Bay), Mrs. Bowden, Mrs. S. Ritchie (Christchurch), Mrs. A. Wall. Mrs. Cecil Dick, Mrs. A. E. King (Waipawa) and Mrs. F. Stenhouse (Duncdin).
