AEROPLANES CRASH
DEATH OF DUTCH BANKER ACCIDENT NEAR AMSTERDAM AMSTERDAM. June 3 Dr. Adrianus van Hengel, a leading Dutch banker, was killed to-day in an areoplane crash near Amsterdam. The late Dr. van Hengel was born in 1886 and received his higher education at Leyden University. He joined tho staff of the Amsterdam Bank in 1909, and in 1916 ho became managing director. From 1924 to 1927 ho was delegate to the Rotterdam Bank Union, and from 1932 until his death was general manager and president of tho executive committee of tho Austrian Credit Institution. GERMAN FATALITY AIR FORCE LEADER KILLED LIEUTENANT-GENERAL WEVER BERLIN. June !) Lieutenant-General Wever, Chief of the General Staff, Air Force, and a mechanic were killed when an Army aeroplane crashed at Dresden.
