CONFERENCE IN LONDON * MR. M. MacDONALD TO SPEAK (Received Mpy 27, 5.15 p.m.) British Wireless RUGBY, May 26 At the opening session of the Empire Press Union's conference, which will be held in London from June 8 to 13, an address will be given by the Secretary of State for the Dominions, Mr. Malcolm Mac Donald.
