CRUELTY TO CHILDREN
DUKE OF KENT'S ADDRESS LONDON, May 26 The Duke of Kent to-day, in an address to the Society for the Protection of Women and Children, said:—"For cruelty there is no excuse, and as a parent it is a thing I cannot understand."
