friendly conversations NAHAS PASHA'S OPTIMISM CAIRO. May 24 The Prime/ .Minister, Nahas Pasha, Wad the speech from the throne at the opening if Parliament yesterday. This stated that the Anglo-Egyptian conversations are proceeding with serenity and cordiality, and it was hoped they would produce an honourable agreement embodying Egyptian independence and tightening up the friendship and alliance between the two countries.
