TAURANGA COMPETITION 1 [by telegraph—owx correspondent] TAUKANGA. Wednesday In continuation of the Hockey Association's Innes Cup? competition, Corinthians defeated Veterans by five goals to two. The score at half-time was one-all, but Corinthians showed better form in the second half. IPor the winners the scorers were J. Boss (3J and J. Wintle (2). For Veterans P. Minifie registered the goal.
