CHARGE OF FORGERY

[by telegraph—own correspondent] KAIKOHE, Wednesday

Appearing in the Kaikohe Police Court to-day, before Mr. J. Routley, J.P., John Johnson, labourer, of Waimate North, was charged with forging a cheque to the valuo of £7 15s. He was remanded to appear at Kaikohe on May 29. Bail was fixed at £2OO, with one surety of £2OO.
