PRESENTATION

Trior to their departure for a visit to England, Mr. and Mrs. H. E. Gadd were entertained at a social by, tho Hamilton branch of tho Midland Counties' Association. Mr. Gadd is the president of the branch. There was a large attendance. The Mayor, Mr. J. R. Fow, presented Mr. Gadd with a fountain pen, and Mrs. Fow handed Mrs. Gadd a handbag as token of goodwill from the members. A picture of Birmingham as it appeared in 18SG was presented by Mr. Gadd to the branch. Mr. J. T. Reid, vice-president, thanked Mr. Gadd for his gift. Mr. and Mrs. Gadd will leave Hamilton for England next week.
