FIRMER TONE GENERALLY AUSTRALIAN GLASS HIGHER SYDNEY, April 28 There was a firmer tone generally in the investment market on tho Sydney Stock Exchange to-day, with a much improved turnover covering all classes of trading issues. Banks were on the quiet side. Australian Glass shares again rose sharply in anticipation of an early announcement of material benefit to shareholders.
