ALLEGED THEFT
[by telegraph—OWN correspondent] WHANGAREI, Tuesday Charged with the theft from the dwelling of S. G. Thommasen, at Wairua Falls, of £l, the property of S. G. Thommasen, and £5, tho property of Tony Erceg, a Maori, Adam Heta, appeared in tho Police Court this morning before Mr. A. H. Curtis, J.P. On the application of Senior-Sergeant E. Finch accused was remanded until April 15. Bail was fixed at £SO.
