PONSONBY QUEEN CARNIVAL

A particularly large attendance is anticipated at the Ponsonby Queen Carnival, which will conclude with a grand procession to-morrow evening. The procession will march from Grey's Avenue to Three Lamps, Ponsonby, where a mock court will be inaugurated. The Ponsonby and Balmoral Boys' Bands will be in attendance and there will be a wide selection of sideshows. Results of the voting for the queen will be announced every 15 minutes. Full particulars are advertised.
