DANCE AT ARARIMU
A leap year dance organised by the ladies of Ararimu was held in the Ararimu Hall with great success. Miss J. Fausett, secretary of the committee, and Miss Adamson were in charge of the tioor arrangements. Among those present were: —Mrs. Fausett, wearing wine crinkle crepe; Mrs. D. Markliam, red crepe with diamante trimmings; Mrs. Franks, rose marocain; Mrs. Steel, black marocain with floral trimming; Miss Adamson, patterned lace over red ninon; Miss J. Fausett, printed silk; Miss P. Markham, primrose crepe; Miss P. Gamble, wine georgette; Miss Pickhard, blue crepe; Miss McKenzie, white taffetas; Miss E. Franks, midnight blue marocain; Miss P. Cossy, green georgette; Miss M. Cossy, green satin; Miss 10. Dillon, salmon pink crepe; Miss B. Wotton, black marocain with silver; Miss Franks, pink silk; Miss A. Drake, black crepe with red trimming; Miss M: Gamble, black georgette; Miss L. Dillon, lemon georgette; Miss R. Fausett, Marina blue georgette; Miss Nickolson, black and silver taffetas; Miss M. Pullman, rose pink satin; Miss B. Sinclair, pink flat crepe; Miss D. Anderton, black marocain; Miss Nairn, pale blue georgette; Miss McGregor, black marocain with diamante trimming; Miss Piatt, green organdi; Miss Barns, turquoise blue taffetas; Miss M. Mnrkham, pink crepe de chine; Miss E. Jackson, sea green taffetas; Miss L. Franks, green and white silk; Miss A. Foot, floral silk; Miss L. Hood, black velvet skirt with satin bodice; Miss N. Batty, French voile; Miss Wright, white silk; Miss C. Markham, pink crepe silk.
