Allen Memorial Shield, which is contested under service conditions. Tho winner was W. McDonald, with a score of 128 out of a possible. 150. The conditions were as follows; Five rounds application and five rounds snap-shooting at 200 yds; 10 rounds rapid at 300 yds; and 10 rounds application at 500 yds.
