MILITARY VISITOR

TOUR OF DOMINION After a holiday tour of New land, Brigadier-General G. R- H. Cheape and Mrs. Cheape, of the Isle of Mull, Scotland, returned from the South yesterday. They will leave for Russell to-day and hope to do soma big-game fishing while in the North. General Cheape, who retired from the Army in 1919, said yesterday he had greatly enjoyed the trip through the Dominion. He had been pleased to meet many Scottish compatriots in Dunedin and Invercargill, and had met with more politeness from all classes of people than anywhere else in his travels to all parts of the Empire. General and Mrs. Cheape will sail from Auckland by the Aorangi on March 3.
