PORTUGAL'S COLONIES
NO SURRENDER POLICY LISBON, Feb. 23 The Prime Minister of Portugal, Dr. Salazar, specially summoned Parliament to announce that Portugal could not consider the surrender of her colonies. The matter, he said, was more a question of prestige than of economics.
