IMPRISONMENT OF PRIEST STATEMENT FROM PULPIT (Received February 23, 5.5 p.m.) BERLIN. Feb. 22 Father Albert Fritsch, a Roman Catholic priest, of Hellefeld, was sentenced to eight months' imprisonment for attacking tho Nazi movement from the pulpit. Willi Stegmann, who was expelled from the Nazi Party in 1933 for mutinous conduct was sentenced to 18 months' imprisonment. GAOL FOR AMERICAN WORK DONE FOR JEWS MUNICH, Feb. 21 An American citizen, Mr. Nisselbeck, was sentenced to-day to two years' imprisonment on a charge of aiding in arrangements treasonable to Germany. Tho Court admitted that Mr. Nisselbeck recently worked for the Steel Helmets but ruled that he had used dangerous methods, for instance, working for Jews and Communists.
