Pursuant to Section 99 of the Counties Act, 1920. notice is hereby given that a Resolution was passed at a Special Meetins of the Hauraki Plains County Council held on the 23rd day of January. 193(1. and will be submitted for confirmation at the Ordinary Meeting of the said Council to be held on the 12th day of March, 1930. The purport of such resolution is that the annual charges on the unconvertible portion of Machinery No. 1 Loan (£10.000) shall be paid from the General Account after April 1, 1936. A copy of such Special Order is deposited at the County Council Offices at Ngatea, and is open for inspection during office hours, from February 17. 1930, till March 11. 1936.
