BRITISH MIGRANTS

WORK FOR NEW BOARD FAIRBRIDGE SCHOOLS SCHEME LONDON. Feb. '2O The Dominions Secretary, Mr. Malcolm Mac Donald, in the House of Commons, to-day will announce the personnel of the Migration Board. It is understood that in addition to a secondary industries scheme the board at an early date will consider the establishment of Fairbridge schools in the Dominions. The Government regards the Fairbridge scheme —although it cannot be expanded to large-scalo migration—as one of the most satisfactory schemes. The excellent response in Kngland toward the establishment of a Pairhridge school in Canada has impressed Whitehall, which will readily co-operate with Australia if that Dominion will satisfactorily reciprocate.
