Gold-flecked evening coiffures . . . golden-glow face powder . . . gold or silver mascara to tip the ends of the lashes for evening . . .' iridescent eyo shadows lightly sprinkled with specks of gold or silver . . . even cold cream, which contains tiny, imperceptible particles of pure gold, have appeared in New York.
