POLICE RAID SEQUEL
FOUR PEOPLE FINED An echo of a police raid on the Auto Social Club's rooms, in Wellesley Street East, on Christmas Eve, was heard in the Police Court before Mr. Wyvern Wilson, S.M., yesterday. Three women and one man werp charged with being found on the premises "for the purpose of illegally dealing in liquor at a time when a search warrant was executed and liquor was seized." The accused, Nellie Adams, Jane Nola Ingram, Edna May Kejiett and Samuel Lanipard, were each fined £1 and costs.
