UNIVERSITY RUGBY
NEW ZEALAND TEAM LAST MATCH IN JAPAN (Received February 17, 5.5 p.m.) TOKIO, Feb. IS The New Zealand University Rugby team in the second test match against All Japan, which was drawn, each side scoring nine points, comprised:—Tricklebank, Watt, Lewis, Grant, Gillies, Parsons, McAuliffe, Laney, Burke, Wilson, Hudson, Chapman, Simmers, Drake and Eade. Watt scored two fine tries and Tricklebank kicked a penalty goal. Japan's points came from three penalty goals. The game was fast and open, with some brilliant movements. The Hanazono Stadium could scarcely accommodate the large crowd, which was thrilled by the game. At the end the teams exchanged jerseys and sang "For Auld Lang Syne." The tour of Japan now is finished and the team will leave Osaka to-night for Nagasaki to embark for home. The players are very satisfied with the tour, having had a most interesting if strenuous tune. *
