FIGHTING IN STREET
TWO MEN BEFORE COURT Charged with fighting in Victoria Street on February 15, George WhipPej'i aged 38, described as a planter from Fiji, and William Payne, aged 25, a labourer, appeared in the Police Court, yesterday before Mr. Wyvern Wilson, S.M. Both men pleaded guilty. Evidencb was given by a constable l h ° said that ho saw Whippey and /«yne leave a hotel in Victoria Streor walk along tho street together. A fhort time iater he saw them exchanging blows.
