Sir, —In consideration of the fact that 1000 fowls eat in a year the production from 30 acres of wheat on a 30 bushel acre average, it is to be hoped that the poultry farmer get some sort of a square deal out of wheat regulation. The Government could well occupy its time attending to the growing of maize at a stabilised price, and it is to be hoped that poultry farmers will be able to obtain good grade pollard and not pollard which is half bran, as so often turned out at present.
