ALLEGED LIBEL
ACTION STRUCK OUT AN APOLOGY RECEIVED (Received February 14, 7.15 p.m.) MELBOURNE, Feb. 14 In connection with the action for damages for alleged libel, brought by Keith Voitre, jockey, and Patrick Quinlan, horse trainer, against Herbert Vockler and the Don Printing Works Proprietary, Limited, it was stated in Court to-day that plaintiffs had received what they termed a satisfactory apology. They consented to the action being struck oQt and this was done.
